SAFe® 6.0 Lean Portfolio Management

Aligning strategy with execution is critical to any organisation’s success. This course helps executives, business owners, enterprise architects and other key enterprise stakeholders to plan dynamically, be flexible enough to adjust initiatives and to relook at budgeting for these initiatives. It provides guidance and tools on how to connect portfolio strategy and initiatives to agility planning and the execution of work.

A pre-requisite for this course is that you are already implementing portfolio management techniques at a C-Suite level or that you understand your organisation’s vision, mission, strategic goals, and business objectives. That you have some understanding of macro-economic factors that affect your organisation along with having an understanding of a SWOT analysis. That you understand how budgeting is currently managed within your organisation. Having completed the Agile Product Management course can help tremendously to get that systems thinking view.

This 3-day In-Person SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) course will teach you the practical tools and techniques necessary to adopt Lean Portfolio Management.

A further day can be scheduled to assist Enterprise teams to get started with LPM in their organisation.
