SAFe® 6.0 Agile Product Management
This course explores how to use design thinking tools to place your customer at the centre of your business and most importantly, how to create products that are desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable. It includes creating a product vision, a product strategy and a product roadmap that will support agile teams in delivering value.
This is a 3-day In-Person SAFe Agile Product Management course for product managers, product owners, marketing team or a sales team.
